Job summary

EY’s Protech Tech team in Risk Consulting seeks a tech‑savvy professional with a risk mindset to focus on IT risk management, IT SOX, regulatory compliance, audits, and digital transformations. You will build relationships with executives, lead multidisciplinary engagements, and drive growth for major accounts.

You will supervise delivery, mentor staff across geographies, and participate in go‑to‑market activities while traveling to client sites globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5–7 years of related work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT risk and compliance.
• Proven track record in IT audit, control design, and implementation.
• Experience designing IT risk control frameworks such as IT SOX.
• Hands‑on testing of internal controls (IT general controls, application controls, interface controls).
• Knowledge of IT risk frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST). Familiarity with IT compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery, provide technical and project leadership, and foster high‑performing teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships, oversee progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Participate in go‑to‑market activities, create proposals, respond to RFPs, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Travel to client locations (including India) for workshops, training, and other engagement activities.
• Lead global account relationships, manage engagement deliveries, and drive growth agendas.
• Manage a team of seniors and staff across geographies, mentoring junior consultants.
• Use industry knowledge to identify engagement issues and communicate solutions to clients.
• Analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems to strengthen security and procedural controls.
• Cultivate and manage business‑development opportunities in alignment with EY service lines.
