Job summary

ALLBANK (A THRIFT BANK), INC. is looking for an IT Risk Manager to identify, assess, and manage risks across information technology and cybersecurity systems.

You will collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement controls, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and prepare risk reports for senior management.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of IT risk or information security experience, and a willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage IT and cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with IT/security teams to address risk areas in hardware, software, and networks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and technical controls.
• Ensure IT systems comply with local and international laws and standards.
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to improve processes.
• Prepare risk assessment and incident reports for senior management.
• Present findings and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Evaluate third-party vendors for cybersecurity posture and risks.
• Participate in ongoing risk assessments to evolve risk strategies.
