Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Finance Intern in Manila to support Global Intercompany and Fixed Asset processes from January to May 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in capitalization, depreciation, asset management, and financial reporting, while contributing to process improvements and data analysis.

Work with experienced finance professionals across regions, learn about internal controls, and develop practical skills in digital transformation and dashboard creation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a global, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Capital Appropriation Requests and validate supporting documentation.
• Support the annual Approval Hierarchy Review and follow up on actions.
• Review, assign, and monitor Service Management tickets.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and data analysis.
• Assist in the cleanup and standardization of BlackLine task activities across regions.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control documentation activities.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to standardize or automate tasks.
• Support data preparation, analysis, and dashboard development for insights.
