Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines seeks a Global Intercompany Analyst to perform end-to-end intercompany accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and strong close processes across regions.

You will manage intercompany AR/AP, recharge accounting, stock, GR/IR, and netting, while maintaining data integrity and documenting controls; collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners to drive continuous improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support balance sheet integrity and financial close across regions.
• Perform AR/AP intercompany activities, reconciliations, and aging analysis.
• Maintain documentation in line with global standards and controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global partners to resolve discrepancies and drive improvements.
