Job summary

Convergys is seeking an Information Security Risk Manager to drive risk management activities globally across all business engagements and third parties. You will maintain risk frameworks, coordinate risk assessments, and lead audit responses while delivering training on risk management concepts.

You will translate contractual requirements into actionable programs, develop required documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close findings and strengthen security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CISSP/CISA/CRISC/CISM HCISPP/CIPP/IT or equivalent credentials are a plus.
• Experience in information security risk management and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Information Security Risk Management activity globally for all engagements and third parties.
• Maintain and improve risk management frameworks across the organization.
• Lead risk assessments with business and support teams, including third parties.
• Deliver training on Risk Management concepts to teams.
• Interpret contractual requirements to align Risk Management program.
• Develop required documentation and guide teams on implementation.
• Support internal and external risks and manage client audits and assessments.
• Communicate risks, vulnerabilities, threats, and findings to leadership and stakeholders.
