Job summary

Snibe in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics/Import Coordinator to support order processing and cargo shipments. You will track orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers.

You will prepare invoices from order lists, assist with documentation, and handle additional tasks assigned by management. A Bachelor's degree in related fields and at least one year of import experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade, International Logistics, Business English, or related fields, with 1 year or more of relevant import work experience.
• Proficient in using office software and possess good spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on orders and shipment status.
• Prepare invoices based on order lists.
