Job summary

ECI seeks a Team Lead, Implementation Services to drive end-to-end deployments of client technologies worldwide. You will evaluate client needs, develop configurations and standards, automate solutions, validate deployments, and create training materials for clients.

The role requires strong Windows Server, PowerShell, and cloud platform experience, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Occasional travel and open collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience with 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, hybrid and cloud-based implementations.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure AD, hybrid identity).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune including MDM/MAM in corporate BYOD environments.
• Proven ability to build, migrate, decommission and troubleshoot core identity and infrastructure services in complex production environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy on-premises infrastructure services and integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem and ECI Private Cloud solutions.
• Drive project objectives to closure with minimal supervision and provide regular status updates.
• Collaborate with internal groups to implement innovative technologies and perform upgrades, migrations and retirements.
• Document processes, runbooks, and implementation artifacts; contribute to Automation improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in client projects and coordinate with vendors.
• Engage in continuous improvement and earn Azure/O365/AWS certifications throughout the year.
