Job summary

MasterRemit is seeking a treasury professional to manage global FX trading and funding. You will forecast receipts, execute trades, and implement risk management across multiple markets, ensuring efficient liquidity and controlled exposures.

The role requires 3+ years in global treasury, familiarity with emerging markets, and strong data analysis to guide leadership decisions. A dynamic fintech environment supports growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of global treasury FX management in a multinational setting.
• Experience trading emerging markets currencies or remittance (+).
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets to support treasury leadership.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own daily forecasting for FX receipts and funding by country/partner.
• Execute and confirm FX trades with precision.
• Implement risk management using cash and derivatives.
• Develop FX trade recommendations to optimize liquidity and costs.
• Own FX inventory cost basis and FX gain/loss tracking.
• Analyze/report FX trading vs. targets.
• Monitor and improve policies to protect assets and mitigate errors.
• Partner with data analytics to define metrics and reporting.
• Identify and implement new tech to enhance FX trading and funding.
