Job summary

Trax Technologies is seeking a capable Team Lead to oversee a group of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors in Cebu, Philippines. The role focuses on managing audit processes, improving quality, and delivering accurate freight payments for international clients.

Challenging, fast-paced environment requiring strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and excellent English communication. Onsite work with a shifting schedule supporting 24/5 global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, customer service operations, or related industry.
• Previous leadership experience (Team Lead/Supervisor) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across international client accounts.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate workloads to ensure timely audit deliverables.
• Monitor daily team performance and SLAs; conduct regular meetings and planning sessions.
• Oversee freight audit processes, ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Review audit exceptions, resolve escalations, and meet turnaround times.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
