Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in fleet operations, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience leading regional or global fleet operations with budget governance and KPIs.

• Translate global fleet strategy into regional priorities and execution plans.
• Own regional fleet performance, budget, service delivery, and employee experience across regions.
• Manage regional fleet budgets, controls, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee fleet processes, controls, and service standards across lifecycle activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Regional Operations Managers; set priorities and accountability.
• Govern relationships with leasing/fleet management suppliers and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across regions and provide risk updates.
