Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading global finance shared services or multi-location teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, SOX, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Record-to-Report and period-end close across integrated/non-integrated systems.
• Oversee statutory, regulatory, and management reporting with audit readiness.
• Provide accounting advisory on new products, regulations, and business initiatives.
• Drive finance transformation through standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and control environments across Accounting and Reporting.
