Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Taguig, Philippines, is hiring an Analyst 1, Global Finance Master Data, to support master data operations and ensure data accuracy across GL accounts, profit centers, cost centers, and exchange rates.

You will work within the Global Services Finance team in the GDO - FMDM process area, collaborating with auditors and internal stakeholders to uphold strong controls and timely month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 0-2 years of experience in the ATR or Finance Master Data function.
• Strong understanding of finance principles and processes.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence within Finance Master Data.
• Perform day-to-day operations of Financial Master Data (GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order, Exchange Rate).
• Identify, rectify, and follow up on errors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support auditors and ensure strong internal controls and month-end reporting.
