Formación

• Graduate of any bachelor's course.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships (internal and external stakeholders).
• Excellent time management skills; multitasking and prioritization, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals.
• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC.
• The ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and the desire to develop advanced training skills.

• Understand end-to-end Finance and Accounting knowledge.
