REYES TACANDONG & CO. is seeking an External Audit Experienced Associate to join the team for comprehensive training, local audit integration, and mentorship.

The role offers potential progression to the offshore Australia team, providing international exposure within RT&Co.’s professional framework. Candidates should have BS Accountancy and 1–2 years of external audit experience, preferably from an accounting firm, with readiness to start immediately and to base in Metro Manila (Makati).

Qualifications

• Graduates of BS Accountancy.
• 1–2 years external audit experience.
• Based in Metro Manila, willing to work in Makati.
• Immediate availability.
• CPA holder or CaseWare/audit experience with Australian clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit engagements for Philippine and Australian clients.
• Ensure financial assessments are accurate and timely.
• Communicate with offshore teams and clients.
• Use CaseWare to document findings and finalize audit sections.
• Maintain integrity and professional standards.
