Job summary

EY is seeking a Marketing Manager (Global Ecosystem Partner Experience) in Taguig to lead and execute alliance events, translate priorities into engaging programs, and strengthen EY’s brand globally. You will work across internal teams and external partners, managing complex programs and driving demand generation.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in event marketing, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to operate in a virtual, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications (or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing complex global field marketing programs or large-scale events.
• Experience delivering experiential marketing programs.
• Experience working in diverse, virtual, high-performing teams.
• Experience generating and managing marketing qualified leads.
• Experience navigating global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute global alliance events that drive brand awareness and demand generation.
• Build relationships with EY stakeholders and partner teams; coordinate agencies and events resources.
• Prepare post-event reports with metrics, budget, ROI and feedback.
