Job summary

ClinChoice is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Project Specialist in the Philippines to lead the day-to-day ERP operations and drive system enhancements. You will coordinate with international cross-functional teams and the ERP vendor in China to identify improvements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and other company-wide applications.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and Mandarin proficiency to engage with the China IT team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in ERP/system projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ERP system and the Corporate System Project Specialist.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and ERP vendor China IT team.
• Analyze requirements, prepare design docs, and coordinate change requests and budgets.
• Manage full system project lifecycle from kickoff to deployment and testing.
• Oversee timesheet operations, resource planning, and SOP development for ERP.
• Lead ERP project meetings and deliver company-wide training programs.
