Job summary

Lattice Manila is seeking a Global EHS Engineer to develop and maintain global EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead risk management across our sites. You will support ISO certifications, audits, and sustainability initiatives while driving safety culture in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage EHS data, and deliver training to locations worldwide, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering/physical sciences or safety-related degree required.
• Safety Officer 2 and Pollution Control Officer certifications preferred.
• 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of local and international EHS laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global EHS policies (ISO 14001) and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Manage global EHS risks and audit programs (internal and external).
• Drive Sustainability programs including carbon footprint and supplier ESG initiatives.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and promote safety culture across locations.
• Collect and report EHS metrics, support digital tooling for data management.
