Qualifications

• 5+ years as market maker or risk taker in FX, crypto or metals as applicable.
• Solid knowledge of FX markets (spot/forwards/swaps).
• Experience with derivatives (options/futures/perpetual swaps).
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Experience interacting with institutional clients.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Daily FX & liquidity operations and 24x7 quoting coverage.
• Design and implement hedging strategies for crypto and FX exposures.
• Set up treasury systems, tools, and trading infrastructure.
• Automate execution workflows for trades and funding requirements.
