Job summary

Agoda is seeking an experienced Lead Manager / Associate Director in Strategy & Analytics to steer data strategy and governance across Agoda, Booking.com, and Priceline, defining how key measures are tracked and acted upon. You’ll own the harmonization roadmaps and work with senior teams to drive profitability and resource allocation.

You will build a global analytics team, set quality standards, and partner with product, tech, finance, and legal to advance data-driven decisions at the executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total professional experience in an analytically rigorous environment.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with timelines and executive reporting.
• Strong data literacy and business numeracy; ability to translate metrics into insights.
• Prior experience managing and developing a team, leading across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a unified data strategy and measurement framework across Agoda, Booking.com, and Priceline.
• Own the data harmonization roadmap from scoping through phased delivery.
• Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive business strategy.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team of analysts with clear standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Provide rigorous reporting and communication to senior leadership on progress and risks.
