Job summary

DHL Express is hiring for a delivery driver role in Metro Manila, Philippines. This position focuses on sorting, delivering, and picking up shipments along a specific courier route while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities include meeting delivery targets, using scanners and waybills, and ensuring the security and integrity of shipments during transit. Prior experience in logistics and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction codes depending on vehicle type: motorcycle, van, or truck)
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and handling client interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional inter-face and image to customers and the public
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
• Always attend to customer need in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Electronically Record via a scanner (or manually if required) all shipment process activities
• Ensure safe handling, security, and integrity of all shipments while in transit
• To be able to communicate with Dispatch / CS when customer needs changes and uses initiative to meet customer need
• Ensure all cash transactions resulting from the delivery or collection of shipments
• Reconcile all non-delivered shipments and ensure priority is given to these for the next delivery cycle
• Ensure the maintenance of allocated vehicle
