Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a seasoned cost management professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting across regional finance teams in the Philippines. The role emphasizes driving cost optimization and financial planning aligned with business objectives.

You will oversee cost analysis, partner with cross-functional groups, and mentor a team to deliver timely, accurate outputs in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong CPA and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA required with extensive cost management and FP&A experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in shared services or multinational settings is preferred.
• Strong English communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management activities including cost tracking, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with regional finance teams.
• Analyze cost variances and identify drivers to improve efficiency.
• Develop and present management reports and cost insights to senior management.
• Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across countries to align reporting and ensure timely outputs.
• Communicate financial findings in English to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Establish cost control procedures and reporting standards to strengthen governance.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance cost management practices.
