Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and leadership abilities, and English fluency. Onsite environment with global collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years procurement or category management experience, preferably in international FMCG.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in other CCEP languages an advantage.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Corporate category, delivering value and strategies across CCEP API geographies.
• Champion procurement as a business partner to nominated stakeholders and drive stakeholder management.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and align with This IS Forward commitments.
• Lead negotiations, optimize supplier performance, and manage contracts.
• Develop teams, foster learning and build succession pipelines.
