Kroll Business Services in Manila is seeking a Consultant for Issuer Services to support Managing Consultants on routine transactions and to develop procedural knowledge across corporate actions.

You will analyze event documentation, identify risks, coordinate the launch of corporate action events, handle inquiries, and learn distribution mechanics while recreating models and preparing reports for stakeholders.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively.
• Flexible with work schedule; shifts cover all hours.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Managing Consultants on routine issuer services transactions.
• Analyze event documentation and escalate findings.
• Identify risks in corporate action events such as rights offerings and tender offers.
• Coordinate launch of corporate action events.
• Learn distribution mechanics and respond to inquiries.
• Recreate models and reports for Issuer Services.
