Job summary

BPO International, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Product Manager to lead fixed-wired internet and connectivity offerings from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. You will translate network infrastructure into market-ready products for local and global customers, owning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong data analytics, and ability to balance cost, pricing, and customer value in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years’ product management experience in telecommunications or internet services.
• Experience launching and managing products end-to-end.
• Pricing strategy and market understanding.
• Strong data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for fixed-wired internet and connectivity offerings (broadband, fiber, data services).
• Translate infrastructure capabilities into differentiated customer value propositions.
• Drive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product-market fit and prioritization.
• Own business cases, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans for local and global markets.
• Partner with Engineering, Network, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-quality launches on time and within budget.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics; oversee delivery and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Monitor product performance and execute continuous optimization.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and explore strategic partnerships.
• Champion the voice of the customer and ensure compliance with telecom standards and regulations.
