Job summary

KINERGY PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking CNC technicians with strong background in programming, setup, and operation of FANUC, TSUGAMI, and HAAS machines. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, with experience in semiconductor mold tooling fabrication preferred.

You will set up, program, run, and troubleshoot CNC equipment while ensuring quality standards. The position offers full-time employment with opportunities for abroad trainings and independent work.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in CNC/machine operations.
• Experience in semiconductor mold tooling fabrication preferred.
• Willing to travel abroad for trainings and work at multiple CNCs.
• Ability to set up, program, run, troubleshoot, and perform quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines and develop/edit control programs.
• Set up machines, align tools, and adjust parameters for production.
• Run machines and monitor performance to ensure quality parts.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.
• Perform quality control checks on produced parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance to keep machines in good condition.
• Support Quality and Environmental systems and regulatory policies.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by supervisors.
