ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Shared Technology environment and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure platforms. You will help drive CI/CD automation, cloud adoption, monitoring, and operational excellence while maintaining system stability and security.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of DevOps experience required.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
• Experience supporting or developing software apps in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Automate software delivery processes and engineering workflows.
• Build, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and environments.
• Monitor applications and platforms for reliability, availability, and performance.
• Manage deployments, releases, rollbacks, and change management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate incident resolution across teams.
• Implement monitoring and alerting best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across geographies.
• Develop solutions to improve productivity and platform stability.
• Support mission-critical systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
