Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Civil Drafting professional to join our team and support project delivery. You will develop general arrangement drawings from engineers’ sketches and coordinate with design team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of civil drafting experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ProjectWise, and Civil 3D is a plus. Local or regional knowledge and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical course or BS Engineering/Architecture.
• 3–7 years of civil drafting experience.
• Experience on CAD projects within a CAD team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise.
• Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage.
• Prefer Australian project experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist project set up; define drawing strategy, type, size, and numbering.
• Set priorities and deadlines for drawing production with Project Lead.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and team drawings.
• Ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy of drawings.
• Follow QA, document control, and CDM guidelines.
• Collaborate with project team on assigned aspects.
• Perform tasks as directed by senior leaders.
