Kenvue Inc. in Asia Pacific (Philippines, Taguig) is seeking a Cash, Currency & Hedging Analyst to ensure accurate reporting of bank balances and foreign currency transactions.

You will post journal entries, perform FX revaluations, and maintain monthly reconciliations within a global Finance Operations team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, and/or intercompany accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in MS Excel.
• Willingness to work mid shift to support LATAM markets, with night shifts during closing periods.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as Process Owner and SME for cash and bank accounting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate period close in accordance with closing calendar, SLA commitments, and SOX requirements.
• Perform and review cash transactions and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize outstanding items.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial reports within the assigned scope.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation and responses.
• Drive standardized process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
