Job summary
WNS, part of Capgemini, seeks a highly analytical Business Research Analyst in Manila, Philippines to support data-driven decision-making across global delivery centers.
You will consolidate data, produce MIS reports and dashboards, conduct market research, and create executive presentations for leadership reviews. Collaboration with international stakeholders is essential.
Strong French language skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint are required; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
Qualifications
- Fluent French required and strong written/spoken communication.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
- Proficient PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving; data-driven mindset.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain data from multiple international delivery locations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support strategic initiatives.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and board reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to validate and present data.
- Support leadership with analytical insights and performance tracking.
