Job summary

WNS in the Philippines is seeking a highly analytical Business Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across global delivery centers. You will conduct extensive industry research, generate MIS reports, and build executive dashboards for leadership reviews.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and market research, P&L exposure, and fluency in French, with familiarity in BPM/BPO or shared services environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in data analysis and market research.
• Profit and Loss exposure.
• Fluent in French.
• Exposure to global operations, shared services, BPM/BPO industry is preferred.
