Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking a Brand Strategy Analyst to support global brand initiatives, investor materials, and marketing content. You will coordinate with a distributed team and ensure materials align with brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, project discipline, and the ability to work independently while overlapping with Chicago-based teams; experience with real estate/finance is a plus and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Experience working with US-based clients.
• Real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Finance background is required.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for investor materials.
• Experience designing investor presentations and corporate communications.
• Strong visual communication skills with complex financial data.
• Experience using Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Format and quality-check investor presentations and marketing materials.
• Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, templates, trackers and messaging repositories.
• Prepare first drafts from approved source material and briefs.
• Conduct QA for formatting, grammar, and brand adherence.
• Prepare social content for internal review and approval.
• Compile campaign and channel metrics into standard reports and spot trends.
• Conduct structured competitor, market and audience research.
• Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and digital asset libraries.
• Track performance across website, email, social media and campaigns.
• Prepare recurring dashboards and analyses highlighting key trends.
• Perform data quality checks and document source files.
• Support ad hoc research to inform Brand Strategy initiatives.
• Maintain clear project records and handoffs across time zones.
• Provide concise written updates on progress and decisions.
• Escalate time-sensitive items during overlap hours.
• Manage version control and ensure current materials are used.
• Uphold confidentiality and information governance.
