Addiction Foods LLC is seeking a Brand Manager to own and grow one of their core global brands. This is a work-from-home role with a global impact, where you'll define brand strategy and lead integrated campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 5-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or pet industry. Join a passionate team committed to high-quality pet nutrition!

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in brand management or category marketing; FMCG, premium food, or pet industry is a plus.
• Proven experience in running integrated campaigns across digital and trade channels.
• Experience in multi-market/distributor-led models is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the Addiction brand strategy and 12-24 month roadmap aligned to global growth targets.
• Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and events.
• Act as marketing lead for the Addiction product portfolio: NPD, renovations, and regional ranges.
• Be the go-to brand partner for Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and country teams.
