Job summary

SJ CONSO INC is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our team across content creation, social media, PR, events, and brand marketing initiatives in the Philippine market. The role involves hands-on experience with international beauty brands, alongside content days and on-ground activations.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing or related fields, is creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with interest in beauty and social media. Portfolio or sample content is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio, school projects, or sample content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media: assist in brainstorming and developing content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms; shoot images and short-form video content; edit videos and assets using CapCut and Canva; assist with campaigns and social media.
• Events & Activations: assist in planning and executing brand events and activations; support event setup and on-ground execution; document events and content capture.
• PR & KOL/KOC Support: prepare PR kits and seeding packages; coordinate product samples and marketing materials; support KOL/KOC and media seeding activities.
• General Marketing Support: assist with product launches, campaigns, presentations, research, and reports; support day-to-day marketing requirements and projects; take on other marketing-related tasks.
