Job summary

Merck Group in the Philippines (Metro Manila/Taguig) seeks a Bank Processing & Reconciliation Accountant within a global Shared Service Center. You will perform advanced processing of bank transactions, maintain data, and execute month-end bank reconciliations in ERP and banking systems.

You will handle complex requests, improve processes, and mentor teammates to drive efficiency and excellence. Shift flexibility and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle AR or accounting knowledge preferred.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations in ERP and banking systems.
• Handle complex bank-related inquiries and follow-up incidents to resolution.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process excellence initiatives.
