Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years at global professional services firms.
• Familiarity with EY and/or global delivery models.
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional process initiatives.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to implement changes and improvements.
• Analytical skills for problem identification and solution implementation.
• Demonstrated success implementing impactful process improvements.
• Prior Audit delivery or deployment experience is preferred but not essential.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for conveying findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the Assurance Service Line to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Implement the identified process improvements across the Audit business lifecycle, including delivery, learning and deployment/assignment.
• Develop process maps that are clear, detailed, and user focused.
• Ensure redesigned or improved processes comply with SQM controls.
• Assess and select systems and tools to address gaps between current and future processes.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics evaluating the effectiveness and value of process changes.
• Compare internal metrics to industry standards and best practices.
