Job summary

QIMA is seeking an Audit Coordination Specialist in Cebu, Philippines, to manage bookings and coordinate audits for suppliers and factories across Greater Asia. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring timely scheduling and high-quality customer service, while collaborating with internal teams to allocate auditors and control costs.

The role requires adaptability to day and night shifts, weekends on-duty, and a commitment to supporting our global clients and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field.
• English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and multitasking.
• No prior experience required, but some is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Ensure 100% bookings are arranged and confirmed with accuracy and timeliness.
• Email Requests: Respond to and process all email requests within SLA.
• Proactive Coordination: Schedule audits with suppliers/factories, confirming details in advance.
• Audit Ownership: Take full ownership of audits, ensuring smooth execution as scheduled.
• Customer & Supplier Inquiries: Provide clear, accurate, timely responses to all inquiries.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to allocate auditors and manage expenses.
