• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of work experience or equivalent training.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and controls.
• Prefer MOVEX and external payables experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes invoice administration and setup for payment.
• Prepares and processes accounts payable checks, wire transfers and payments; answers vendor inquiries.
• Prepares analysis of accounts and resolves discrepancies.
• Supports month end closing and collaborates with regional/global stakeholders.
• Leads/participates in Accounts Payable improvement projects.
