Qualifications

• Any tertiary qualifications.
• At least 2 years work experience; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy with advanced Excel and SAP skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports contract and subscription administration, including creation, maintenance and amendment of customer agreements.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and approval requirements before execution or changes.
• Manages invoicing activities, resolves billing disputes, and maintains business partner data.
• Maintains pricing information across systems and platforms.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.
• Coordinates regional reporting, including monthly KPI and customer reporting.
• Contributes to governance and continuous improvement of the Digital Solutions team.
