Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is expanding its Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team in the Philippines to support renewable energy project development. We are hiring for multiple levels from Officer to Team Lead to handle GIS data processing, mapping, and coordination with engineering, permitting, and construction teams.

The role involves developing and maintaining GIS databases, preparing maps, coordinating data acquisition, and ensuring data quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or a related field.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer is highly preferred and may be required depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases, geodatabases, and mapping systems for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare and update project maps, land status maps, constraint maps, and other geospatial products for development, engineering, environmental, permitting, and construction teams.
• Process, encode, validate, and analyze spatial data using GIS and mapping software.
• Coordinate the acquisition of spatial data from contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support contractor engagement and monitor GIS, surveying, topographic, parcellary, and related deliverables.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey outputs, maps, and geospatial datasets.
