About the Role


We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and highly adaptable Ghostwriter to support a dynamic entrepreneur who leads multiple ventures across Property, Finance, Events, Creative Media, and emerging sectors like AI and Travel Tech.

Your role is to craft compelling thought leadership content that aligns with the founder’s voice, values, and brand positioning. You'll be responsible for producing a variety of short- and long-form content designed to grow their personal influence, strengthen the visibility of their ventures, and communicate their unique perspective across industries.

Key Responsibilities


  • Write engaging and high-impact LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and executive insights

  • Collaborate with the founder and their team to source ideas via briefings, voice notes, or recorded convos

  • Develop content across multiple verticals: property, finance, entrepreneurship, creative media, and tech

  • Maintain a consistent voice that is confident, clear, inspiring, and thought-provoking

  • Monitor trending topics and recommend timely content angles aligned with the founder’s mission

Ghostwrite with a long-term focus on personal brand growth and audience trust


Requirements


We’re Looking for Someone Who:


  • Has 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting or executive thought leadership content

  • Is a strong storyteller with an editorial mindset and a keen understanding of business strategy

  • Can switch tones across industries while keeping messaging consistent with the founder’s personal brand

  • Understands how to write for LinkedIn and other digital-first platforms

  • Is proficient in using AI writing and research tools to enhance productivity and quality

  • Is proactive, collaborative, and deadline-driven

  • Has experience or interest in at least two of the following: property, business growth, events/media, AI, finance, or startups

Bonus Points If You:


  • Have written for founders, investors, or public figures before

  • Understand the Australian market or startup ecosystem

  • Can produce light research to enrich posts (e.g. referencing data, quoting trends)
