We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee our GoHighLevel platform operations, manage team workflows, and ensure seamless client delivery. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of CRM automation, digital marketing workflows, and excels in managing both people and projects.
Lead and manage a team of GoHighLevel specialists and marketing assistants.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of GoHighLevel campaigns and automations.
Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding GHL campaigns and technical performance.
Monitor campaign KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Train and mentor new team members on GoHighLevel best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, workflows, funnels, and automations.
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year preferred).
Project management experience (Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.)
Experience in marketing agencies or SaaS companies
Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar integration tools
Knowledge of sales funnel building and lead generation strategies
