HIRING

The General Worker assists in the production, assembly, and packaging of handicraft products. The role involves performing tasks such as cutting, shaping, assembling, finishing, and packaging items made from various materials like wood, clay, metal, textiles, or natural fibers. The worker ensures products meet quality standards and may be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and Production: Assist in assembling components to create handcrafted items. This may include activities like stitching, molding, weaving, painting, or assembling parts by hand or with simple tools.
• Material Handling: Collect, prepare, and organize raw materials needed for production (e.g., wood, clay, fabric, beads, etc.).
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Packaging: Pack finished products carefully for shipping or display, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.

Requirements
