We are looking for an elite General Manager, Operations to lead the core engine of delivery—client accounts and international recruitment partnerships.
This is not a back-office role. You’ll be the face of delivery, ensuring every client experience is high-impact, high-trust, and growth-oriented. You’ll personally own the success of foundational accounts and drive scalable systems to elevate recruitment partner performance.
In Year 1, your priorities will include:
Owning high-touch client relationships and satisfaction
Managing recruitment agency partners across multiple regions
Implementing scalable documentation, workflows, and visibility systems
Delivering outcomes that grow accounts and set operational foundations
Be the single point of accountability for delivery, satisfaction, and issue resolution
Set expectations, communicate clearly, and proactively drive success
Manage job briefs, onboarding documents, and ongoing updates with clients
Identify expansion opportunities (new roles, sites, or hiring categories)
Deliver a white-glove, professional experience at every stage
Lead partner relationships across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa
Monitor quality, responsiveness, and alignment with hiring needs
Deliver feedback, manage expectations, and elevate performance
Create a seamless bridge between offshore recruitment and client outcomes
