Role Overview

We are looking for an elite General Manager, Operations to lead the core engine of delivery—client accounts and international recruitment partnerships.

This is not a back-office role. You’ll be the face of delivery, ensuring every client experience is high-impact, high-trust, and growth-oriented. You’ll personally own the success of foundational accounts and drive scalable systems to elevate recruitment partner performance.

In Year 1, your priorities will include:

  • Owning high-touch client relationships and satisfaction

  • Managing recruitment agency partners across multiple regions

  • Implementing scalable documentation, workflows, and visibility systems

  • Delivering outcomes that grow accounts and set operational foundations


Requirements
  • 7-10 years in operations leadership (B2B services, recruitment, consulting, or immigration)
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and international delivery teams
  • Clear ownership mindset and attention to executional detail
  • High-calibre communication—both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with systems like HubSpot, Airtable, or project dashboards
  • Commercial thinker with startup agility and strategic drive
  • Experience working with Australia, UK, or US clients is a strong plus
