Manage inventory, staffing, customer experience, and day-to-day execution across the unit
Drive sales growth through effective decision-making, strategy, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and team alignment

At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or business unit management, ideally with full P&L responsibility
Strong background in sales leadership, frontline execution, and strategic implementation
Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams across functions
Experience in commercial decision-making (e.g., pricing, resource allocation, growth planning)
Demonstrated and proven success in driving results across operations, sales, and team leadership
Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone ready to take full ownership — of results, of sales, of people, and of growth. As Operations Manager, you won’t just run a business unit — you’ll shape its direction, drive its success, and build the team that makes it happen. If you're a proven leader with the grit, vision, and discipline to scale both sales and operations, this is where you’ll thrive.
