Position Overview:

As our General Manager/Integrator, you will be the force that ensures seamless execution of our strategic plans, driving results across the entire business. Working closely with the Executive Team, you will take the lead in managing day-to-day operations, aligning departments, and pushing for high performance to meet our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Executive Team to turn high-level strategies into actionable, executable plans.
2. Oversee and synchronize operations across distribution channels, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.
3. Implement and maintain efficient, scalable processes to optimize our distribution efforts.
4. Use EOS principles to drive accountability across teams and ensure goals are met.
5. Manage key performance metrics and business systems to achieve sustained growth and profitability.
6. Build and lead the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and high performance.
7. Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (industry-specific experience is not required).
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.
• A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.
• Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.
• Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Sales Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or any related course.
• Master’s Degree and post-graduate certification are an advantage but not required.
• At least 10 years of experience in business operation and people management.
• At least 7 years in management positions with a strong track record in business management, people building, and process integration.
• At least 5 years as a General Manager or COO.
• Must come from FMCG, Distribution (wholesale-retail) industry.
• Delivers work with high integrity.
• Highly analytical and capable of decision-making based on gathered information.
• A role model with high respect for people, good communicator, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
