The Role

As the General Manager for our APAC region, you will oversee all revenue operations to enhance performance in gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales. Your responsibilities include strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to meet regional growth and profitability goals. You will be based in our Manila Regional Office, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, and collaborating with regional and global teams.

What Will You Work On?
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies focused on gross margin, nights traveled, and cost of sales.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage regional teams to ensure high performance and strategy execution.
  3. Operational Management: Oversee regional operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with regional and HQ teams for alignment.
  6. Customer Experience: Guarantee excellent service and satisfaction.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements.
  8. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial performance to meet profitability targets.

Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience managing P&L within e-commerce, DTC, or similar environment.
  • Proven success in regional performance and financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with operations management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Motivated by ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is required.
