Job description

Responsibilities

• The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company through management all the different heads of processes of company
• The GM ensures the that the company performs as guided by the direction and strategies set by the Board of Directors.
• The General Manager shall report directly to the President and shall attend all meetings of the Board, unless the Board has requested otherwise.
• The GM shall also be present at General Meetings.

Qualifications

• At least with Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Business and Management and or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, finance and human resources management
• With background in medical device manufacturing, exports and compliance is an advantage
• Experience in managing and leading production teams with at least 20 employees
• Ability to develop and execute corporate goals and strategies in order to support Asker's growth strategy
• Experience in managing daily business activities across multiple departments
• Proficiency in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Strong project management skills for operational efficiency
• Knowledge in capital management
• Having an existing network in associations and business organizations is a plus
