• College graduate w/ 12 months contact center experience OR 2-year undergraduate w/ 18 months BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy inquiries and account information.
• Provide customer service for auto loan and property loan products.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain updated customer records.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues and meet service level goals.
