Job summary

Daruma Corporation is seeking a seasoned on-site construction leader to oversee all on-site activities, ensure installations meet QA/QC standards and safety practices, and design efficient construction methods. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in horizontal and vertical construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Male applicants under 45 years old are preferred. High School diploma or technical course is required, with at least 10 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; technical course preferred.
• At least 10 years of horizontal and vertical construction experience, including finishing works.
• Strong leadership and good communication skills; male and not over 45 years old.

Job Description

• Overall In-charge of construction activities on site (as required)
• Check work installation if in accordance with established methodology and QA/QC standards and safety practice
• Work-out construction methodology that is efficient, economical and safe

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Preferably graduate of any technical course)
• At least 10 years of experience in Horizontal and Vertical construction including finishing works
• Must have strong personality to lead the construction workers
• Must have good communication skills
• Male
• Not more than 45 years old
