Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a diligent Finance Professional to prepare the financial report package and monthly schedules, and to perform timely P&L analysis.

You will assist in month-end closing and ensure accuracy of the books using Oracle. The role requires a BSA and at least 1 year in general accounting, with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Formación

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).
• With at least one (1) year of experience in General Accounting.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications or Google Workspace.
• Has good analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Can meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Financial Report Package accurately and within established deadlines.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules, including accruals, as supporting documents for financial reporting.
• Conduct timely and accurate P&L analysis, particularly on accounts with significant movements or variances.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including the closing of Oracle modules and preparation of journal entries in the Oracle system.
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of books of accounts and other accounting records.
